WRBLO was founded on 31 July 2017 as a charitable organisation with aims and objectives to relieve extreme poverty; advance general healthcare; advance education; community upgrading; and promoting community cohesion; advance financial inclusion and economic growth, for the public benefit to millions of sub-Saharan African citizens living in deprived communities.

We support these communities by providing funding to the unsung charitable organisations that relentlessly strive to provide critical projects and services within the communities they serve. We invite funding calls from civil organisations who have a track record of service and are known for their delivery of social impact, so they can access an exclusive gateway to efficient, targeted grant funding to support desirable programs, projects and initiatives that advance economic growth at ground zero of poverty.
