About Me: Audit Team Member (Logistics)
I was born in Rubanda in southwestern Uganda which was redistricted from the greater district of Kabale in 2015. Being the second of ten children, my upbringing was far from easy. There were days we went without a meal and access to education was a challenge as our parents did not have a stable income. The cost of school uniforms, materials and school fees caused most of my siblings to drop out of school early.
What inspired you to join WRBLO?
I was thrilled when Mr Howard Douglas invited me to join WRBLO to help impoverished communities and children who are living in poor conditions. Having worked with a health insurance company for eleven years, I travelled around Uganda covering 80% of the country and witnessed the harsh conditions and high poverty levels experienced by many families. Joining WRBLO will provide the opportunity to lift fellow Ugandans living in absolute poverty.
What do you do in your free time?
I take between two to three hours reading the word of GOD. During weekdays, I watch football matches, which are broadcast live on television. I also walk long distances to keep myself healthy and fit.
